National Magazine Lauds Las Vegas Culinary Scene

Last year's on-location filming of Season 4 of Bravo's "Top Chef Masters" paid an unexpected dividend.

After spending a month in Las Vegas, one of the judges, Saveur magazine's editor-in-chief James Oseland, came away smitten with all that our fair city offers.

The result: Oseland devoted most of the April issue of Saveur, the French word for flavor, to Las Vegas. Headlines on the cover include "a guide to the world's hottest dining destination'' and "33 reasons to visit Vegas now."

Many of Saveur's editors joined Oseland during his stay, and "the city we discovered was cosmopolitan in the way we couldn't have anticipated.
