Brian K. Krolicki, Lieutenant Governor
Brian K. Krolicki was elected as Nevada’s 33rd Lieutenant Governor in November 2006, allowing him to continue his service to the people of the Silver State. In his position as Lieutenant Governor, Brian serves as President of the State Senate, Chairman of the Commission on Economic Development, Chairman of the Commission on Tourism, Chairman of the Reno/Tahoe Winter Games Coalition, and Vice-Chairman of the State Board of Transportation. Brian is also proud to serve as a member of the Renewable Energy and Energy Conservation Task Force, as well as Chairman of the Reno Tahoe Winter Games Coalition, which is dedicated to bringing the 2022 Winter Olympic Games to northern Nevada.
Prior to being elected Lieutenant Governor, Brian served two terms as Nevada’s State Treasurer. Brian consistently outperformed the strict investment performance benchmarks and during his tenure Nevada was the first state treasury in the country to receive the Certificate of Excellence in Investment Policy awarded by the Association of Public Treasurers of the United States and Canada. Brian also implemented many innovative programs and first-of-their-kind financial transactions that safely generated tens of millions of dollars in windfall earnings for the State.
Prior to entering public service, Brian’s private sector experience included working for Banker’s Trust Company in New York City and for Smith Barney in San Francisco, California and Manama, Bahrain – the Persian Gulf. He is a graduate of Stanford University. Brian and his wife, Kelly, have three young daughters.
Vice Chairman and Mayor of the City of Fernley
Steve Hill is a founder of Silver State Materials, a concrete, sand and gravel supplier in the Las Vegas area since 1987. Silver State was purchased by CalPortland in 2008 and Mr. Hill serves as Sr. Vice President, responsible for the Arizona - Nevada Materials Division.
Mr. Hill is currently the Chairman of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce State Policy Task Force and a past Chair of the Chamber’s Board of Trustees. Recently, he was elected Chairman of Service1st Bank of Nevada and appointed to the Nevada Governor's Office of Economic Development. He is also a past Chairman of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Las Vegas, as well as past Chairman of Government Affairs for the Las Vegas Chamber, the Associated Builders & Contractors and the Associated General Contractors.
In recent years Mr. Hill has served as a member of the Nevada Savings and Government Efficiency (SAGE) Commission, the Clark County Growth Task Force; the Trauma System Development Task Force; the RTC Regional Fixed Guideway Citizens Advisory Committee; the Clean Water Coalition; the legislative Interim Advisory Committee on Air Quality; and as Chairman of the Governor’s Construction Liability Insurance Task Force.
Mr. Hill received a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. He and his wife, Molly, are 23 year residents of Las Vegas and have 3 children.

Miranda Du is a partner in the law firm of McDonald Carano Wilson LLP, a full service firm that focuses in commercial law and business litigation. She joined the firm after graduating from Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley where she received an Environmental Law Certificate.
Miranda is the chair of her law firm’s Employment/Labor Law Group. She concentrates her practice in litigation, ranging from commercial to employment. Her employment practice focuses primarily on representation of management, including litigating discrimination claims in state and federal courts; defending charges before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Nevada Equal Rights Commission; counseling employers in personnel issues, conducting investigation of illegal harassment complaints, and evaluating demotion and termination decisions; and advising clients on collective bargaining unit grievances and other issues. She has handled commercial and complex litigation disputes in both federal and state courts involving claims such as: breach of contract, tortious interference, misappropriation, Lanham Act violations, unfair lending practices, corporate dissolution, defamation, condemnation and quiet title. She has served as local counsel on a number of class actions brought by mortgagors to prevent non-judicial foreclosures. She has represented numerous business clients over the course of the last 15 years.
Miranda was recognized as a "Top 20 under 40" young professional in the Reno-Tahoe Area in 2008. She was named a Super Lawyers “Mountain States Rising Star” in 2009. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Nevada Women’s Fund.

With over 25 years of experience, Anthony Dazzio is senior vice president of Business Development and Governmental Affairs. A former lobbyist, Mr. Dazzio was previously executive manager of Business Planning and Growth at NV Energy. Active in the community, Mr. Dazzio served two terms on the Senior Citizens Advisory Board for the City of Las Vegas and two terms on the Use of Force Board for the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. In 2010, the Governor appointed Mr. Dazzio as Commissioner to the Nevada Governor's Office of Economic Development. Mr. Dazzio is a past president and past chairman of Governmental Affairs for the Southern Nevada chapter of NAIOP and continues to serve on the Governmental Affairs Committee. Mr. Dazzio was honored in 2008 with NAIOP’s Special Recognition Award and was previously honored as their 2004 Associate Member of the Year. Mr. Dazzio currently serves on the board of trustees for the Henderson Development Association and is also a member of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, the Nevada Development Authority and the North Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce. Having attended UNLV, where he studied marketing, Mr. Dazzio later completed the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School.

Patricia M. Wade is the Founding President and co-Owner of Wade Development Company, Inc., a master plan community developer headquartered in Reno which currently has over 15,000 acres under development in the northern Nevada region along with several large projects throughout California. Patty recently launched a Nevada and Washington, DC based government advocacy/business consulting firm, Wade Consulting Group, LLC, which specializes in representing renewable energy and other businesses of all sizes in the areas of business development, funding, politics, marketing, contract negotiations, public relations and permitting. Before co-founding Wade Development Company, Ms. Wade enjoyed a very successful career in medical sales and marketing, serving as Director of Sales, Marketing and National Accounts, first for American Hospital Supply Corporation and later for Baxter International.
Ms. Wade currently serves on several key boards in Northern Nevada including: University of Nevada Foundation Board, Truckee Meadows Community College Foundation Executive Board of Trustees and the Reno/Tahoe International Airport Executive Task Force. She is also a Member of the New Nevada Blue Ribbon Commission and the Nevada Energy Economy Strike Force, as well as Team Leader for the Strike Force Land Group.
Ms. Wade donates substantial time speaking before a wide variety of professional associations every year including academic and technology organizations, engineers, entrepreneurs, appraisers, real estate brokers and several other economic development, business, renewable energy and political organizations throughout the state. She also enjoys mentoring local business students and budding entrepreneurs as well as fundraising and friend-raising for several charitable and political organizations both locally and nationally.
Ms. Wade completed her undergraduate studies in Biochemistry at the University of California, Davis and did her graduate studies in Business Administration at Pepperdine University. She has three daughters and lives in Reno.
